About this training
The AgilePM® standard is one of the most mature Agile standards. This training is based on the latest, third version of the standard. It combines the agile project governance offered by the AgilePM® approach with the agile approach to project delivery from the Scrum framework.
The training course responds to the needs of professionals to ensure strong project governance while applying an agile approach to project delivery based on effective team collaboration.
The training course lasts 2 days, during which participants complete exercises designed to acquire knowledge and skills related to the application of the AgilePM® methodology.
EXAMINATION METHOD:
For in-person training, the exam takes place at the end of the training in paper form.
For online training, the exam takes place at the end of the training in electronic form.
EXAMINATION DESCRIPTION:
AgilePM® Practitioner v3 Exam:
- The exam is conducted on the last day of the course.
- The official manual can be used during the exam
- The exam is based on a scenario consisting of 4 questions
- Exam Format:
- 4 main questions:
- I – Individuals and Interactions, Collaboration and Communication
- II – Risk Management and the Project Approach
- III – Defining and Estimating the Work of the Project
- IV – Planning and Controlling the Work of the Project, Governance, Compliance and AgilePM® Products
- 15 sub-questions in each section (a total of 60 questions)
- Duration: 2 hours (120 minutes)
- Minimum passing score: 30 out of 60 points (50%)

Possession of the AgilePM® Foundation v3 certificate is required.
During the training, it is mandatory to have the authorized Agile PM® v3 manual. The manual is not included in the standard training materials.
