Meet our Directors

Wojciech Walczak

Consultant, coach, trainer, transformation leader. He is distinguished by thirteen years of practical experience in Agile. In his career, he has worked in many Agile roles or Agile organisations - as a member of the Scrum team, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or in a number of managerial positions, which allowed him to understand various perspectives of transformation.

Currently, Wojtek supports them and provides consulting and training services for international brands. He uses a combination of various methods such as Scrum, Kanban, System Thinking, Evidence-Based Management, Lean, and all others that help organizations achieve their ambitious goals more effectively.

He has coaching accreditations from Scrum.org (Professional Scrum Trainer), Kanban University (Accredited Kanban Trainer), and LeSS.Works (LeSS-Friendly Scrum Trainer) and numerous certificates. He is also the author of a doctoral dissertation on Agile management and recently explores the secrets of mathematics.

Paweł Feliński

Paweł is a management consultant in the fields of strategy execution and new product development, who works with IT as well as non-IT organisations around the world. Paweł brings focus on purpose, attention to detail, pragmatic approach to problem solving.

He has obtained consulting, coaching, facilitating and training experience in numerous industries, including gas and oil, big pharma, education, health, finance (banking and insurance), IT, retail, and telecom.

Paweł is willing to share his know-how acquired in 15 countries on 4 continents, while supporting companies of various size – from large established corporation, through dynamically developing companies, to start-ups. His expertise spans across many methods and approaches: agile product development (incl. the Scrum framework), lean management (incl. the Kanban Method), Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Systems Thinking.
