About this training
Design your team’s path to Agility with the support of an expert. To determine the areas of a team that could be improved, we first must undertake certain steps. These steps consist of a range of different analysis methods. Observations, interviews, a health check toolkit and recommendations.
The different stages are designed to hold the mirror up with an agile lens. They will provide a range of insights that might not be visible to those working within the environment itself. The insights will give you the bigger picture, the views that even the strongest of leadership sometimes miss. From these insights, there will be firm recommendations on what could be done to help change and improve the team's agility. The recommendations will consist of the next steps as well as general observations by the agile coach.
It is highly recommended that a programme/team consider those next steps and work together with the agile coach to implement them.

- Work on a proposal of a learning path (development or transition plan) by the expert and consultations with team members and leaders
